A Library is the heart of an educationl institution. The Ranbir Campus has a well equipped library. It was establised with the establishment of Ranbir Campus on 18 March,2007. The library consists  of Library Office and seperate reading rooms for staff and students. The library provide  arrangements for 30 students at a time. The Library of Ranbir Campus has an open access.

  1. Each student will be issued Library Borrowing Card for availing books for reference.
  2. All students have to return the books borrowed within the stipulated time.
  3. The Borrower Card  should be surrendered on completion of the course or termination of the membership or on notice.
  4. A non-member will be permitted to refer the library with the approval of the competent authority.
  5. Books will be issued to the members only on the production of identity card.
  6. Students of the campus with the Identity Cards only are allowed to use the library.
  7. Members must sign in the gate register while entering the library as a token of identification.
  8. No Dues Certificate will be issued by the Librarian when a reader ceases to be a member and returns all books.
  9. Silence should be strictly maintained in the Library.
  10. Those who violate the rules and regulations of the Library will not be allowed to  use the library and disciplinary action will be initiated against them.
  11. Damaged /rare books and the books which are 25 years old will not be issued.
  12. Reference books, multivolume books and periodicals are not lent.


The Library of Shri Ranbir Campus has a large collection of books covering all the subjects being taught in various courses offered by Sansthan. There is collection of about 40,000 books in the library.

The library also provide latest journals and magzines from time to time like Pratyogita Darpan, Competition Success, India Today, Sports Star, Chandrama Cricket Samrat, Nandan etc.
Unversity News (a weekly journal of higher education), Indian Journal of Educational Research are also available.


The library provides the following  daily Newspapers:
Punjab Kesari,Danik Jagran,Amar Ujala,Kashmir Times, Daily Exelsior, Times of India, The Hindu.
Employment News(weekly).

There is collection of C.D's and D.V.D's of books of various subject in the library. 

E-library of the campus is under process is expected to be completed soon. With this facility can access books online.


The Campus has embarked on the mammoth task of procuring and preserving of rate Sanskrit manuscrips and till date it has collected more than 112 rare manuscripts related to various Shastraic disciplines.
